Are you serious? Do you actually scoop poop?
Ninjas are always serious and not only do we scoop poop, we scoop all the poop!

Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts! Services are paid for monthly in advance but you can cancel at anytime during the month and receive a refund for the remaining unscooped weeks.
How often do Ninjas scoop my property?
Scoop Ninja offers twice weekly, weekly, fortnightly and one time scoops.
How much does it cost?
Scoop Ninja has plans starting at $66 dollars a month. However, pricing is based on section size, number of dogs and scoop frequency. Most of our clients are paying $90 – $100 per month.
Does the initial clean cost more?
If it’s been over a month since the yard was last cleaned there is an initial cleaning fee of $60.
We are currently running a deal for anyone who joins on one of our scheduled services, we’ll drop the initial cleaning fee.

What about bad weather?
We scoop in rain or shine! If it’s extreme weather that makes it unsafe for our Ninjas we’ll reshedule your scoop and let you know asap.
What areas do you operate?
Currently we scoop Taupo, Kinloch, Turangi and Rotorua. We are planning on expanding so if your area is not covered but you would like to be scooped, get in touch. If we get enough interest from an area we will look into setting up there.
How do you protect my dogs?
Scoop Ninja cleans all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
We’ll also grab a picture of your closed gate and send it to you so you’ll know we’ve completed your scoop and your pets won’t get out.
Do you work with dogs in the yard?
We love dogs but we don’t like getting bit! If your dog is friendly we’re happy to have them in the yard but if they’re likely to be aggressive than they’ll need to be restrained or kept inside while we scoop the yard.
What do you do with the poop?
We double bag the poop and place it in your bin. If there’s no outside bin we’ll leave it neatly beside the gate.
Can I request a specific day and time?
Unfortunately not, we optimise our routes for efficiency in order to keep pricing low. Your scoop day will remain the same week to week, if we need to make a change you’ll be notified in advance. On the day, we’ll send you an on the way text when we’re 30-60 minutes away.
Do I need to be home when you scoop?
As long as we have access to your yard there’s no need for you to be home. We’ll get the job done and you’ll receive a confirmation of completion.
